How long will it take before I receive my product?
The delivery time consists of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
What is the processing time and how long does it take for my product to be ready?
Processing time is the time it takes us to get your product ready to ship to you.
How long is my package on the way?
The shipping time depends on which country you are from and where we are sending your package. We send all our packages with DHL. Since we are not responsible for shipping ourselves, the specified shipping time can of course differ from the times listed here in busy periods (e.g. just before Christmas).
How do I get a custom order?
We would be happy to create a rag doll for you according to your wishes! It is best to send us a message in advance and tell us exactly what you have in mind. This way we can find the right thing together and suggest a suitable cost plan for you.
How can I book a doll course with you?
We always offer courses with different course times and dates. All dates are published here on the website. So it's best to check back regularly so you don't miss anything.
How do I clean my doll?
If your doll ever gets dirty, you can easily wash it by hand.
